Computer Maintenance and Administration Packages

United PC offers remote maintenance and administration of your computers, so you can go through your day doing the things that make you most productive. Whether you are a casual home user, a student, or a business owner, we have plans for every type of account. We even offer additional services to allow for unforeseen issues, including emergency response. We have a package for all business sizes.

Let us handle all of your computers for you! It’s like having your own IT Department without the high overhead.

¹Regular Maintenance includes Operating System updates and patches, Anti-virus updates, patches and immunizations, and system start-up optimizations. ²In-Shop services do not include pickup and delivery of customer’s equipment. ³A travel fee will be charged for devices picked up or delivered for In-Shop services, and to areas outside of Highlands County, Florida. Travel to customer’s location for On-Site services for areas within Highlands County Florida are covered. ⁴Priority Service requests are handled in a first-come, first-serve basis and do not include priority or expedited shipping of parts. ⁵Priority Service excludes weekends and Federal Holidays. ⁶For more than ten (10) computers, please call for a customized quote. ⁷Registration Fee will be waived for existing Maintenance Plan Customers and/or Managed Backup customers.
